Returns and Exchanges


If an order cancellation is needed, then please contact me no more than 6 DAYS after placing an order. You may either e-mail me or use the Contact button a the bottom of the page to request a cancellation.


Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or issue refunds on sample products. I only accept returns or issue refunds for full-size products if:

1) the item(s) is/are in unused condition (still sealed with shrink film or tamper evident caps)
2) the item(s) is/are damaged/unusable due to the shipping process
3) there was a mistake with the order

This is for hygienic reasons, as used perfume/cosmetic products cannot be resold if returned. Thank you for understanding, and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

I offer samples or smaller sizes of each product that I sell in my shop, and I highly advise ordering a sample before buying a full size product. I do not accept returns or exchanges for samples (perfume oil, lip gloss, and eyeshadow). These are meant to be trial products to see how a color looks or how a scent works with your body chemistry. If you find that a color/scent doesn't work for you, gifting the sample to a friend or family member is always a nice gesture. I try my best to accurately describe scents, and I try my best to portray colors as accurately as possible, but scents can be interpreted differently by different noses and colors may vary slightly from computer to computer. IF YOU ARE AT ALL UNSURE OF A SCENT OR COLOR, PLEASE ORDER A SAMPLE FIRST.


I make sure to package my items up well, but damage during shipping can occur if the mail carrier is particularly rough with a package. If your item(s) arrive to you damaged, please e-mail or message me within 10 DAYS of receipt of your item(s); in some cases I will require a photograph of the damaged item(s) in question sent to me before I ship a replacement so I can assess the damage done (this is especially important for orders that were insured). A replacement or refund (less shipping) for the damaged item(s) will be sent.


If a package is lost in the mail, then I can refund you your purchase price (less shipping) or send out a replacement, whichever your choose. Domestic packages that haven't arrived in 3 weeks (21 days) and international orders that haven't arrived in 8 weeks (56 days) are eligible for replacement or refund. For U.S. customers, I always suggest asking your local Post Office about any lost packages, checking with neighbors, and filing a lost/stolen package claim. For international customers, checking with your local customs agency can help with finding a lost package. Please contact me within 60 days for domestic orders or 90 days for international orders. If I am contacted outside of this time-frame, then I cannot issue a refund or replacement.


For packages that are sent back to me Unclaimed or as a result of an incorrect address, then I can either issue a refund for the purchase price (less shipping) or re-send the package after receiving payment for additional shipping charges.
